Dr. Geoff Outerbridge, B.Sc., M.Sc., D.C.
Chiropractor/Ergonomics Consultant/ART® Provider/Graston Technique® Provider

Dr. Geoff OuterbridgeDr. Outerbridge received a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics and a M.Sc. in neuroscience from the University of Guelph. Following this, Dr. Outerbridge worked for the University of Waterloo as the on-site coordinator at General Motors of a research study examining the causes of back pain in industry. Dr. Outerbridge then worked as an Ergonomist for Ford Motor Company before starting an Ergonomics consulting business in Toronto in 1996. Through his consulting business, Dr. Outerbridge worked within a wide range of industrial and office environments. He continued this business and began a personal training business while attending the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College from which he graduated in 2001. Interests include the prevention and management of occupational and sports related injuries, including exercise protocols and soft tissue management using Active Release Technique®, and Graston Technique®.  His goal is solutions to problems, not long-term treatment.

Dr. J. Todd Norton, B.Sc., D.C., CAFCI

Todd NortonDr. Norton is a practicing chiropractor and certified Health Coach. He received a B.Sc. Degree at Acadia University, Nova Scotia, and attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). After graduating in 1992, Dr. Norton practiced in the Holistic Clinic with his father Dr. Barry Norton, and is now the co-owner of the Holistic Clinic. Postgraduate studies include certification in spinal rehabilitation (CMCC), clinical acupuncture (Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute), certification in Active Release Technique (ART), Graston soft tissue technique, and clinical nutrition. Dr. Norton's passion is lies in aiding clients in their return to active independent functioning through manual therapies or functional nutrition. Dr. Norton coaches his clients in their return to active independent living through education and the recognition that our daily thoughts, actions, diet, and lifestyle choices influence most, if not all of the acute and chronic illnesses that are present today. Protocols include the removal of potential food sensitivities, nutritional support, dietary manipulation and principled centred action steps that work with the body to facilitate the healing of arthritis pain, fatigue, gastrointestinal problem, allergies, headaches, hormonal imbalances, and promote improved recovery after training.

Dr. Isaac Cristoveanu, B.Sc., D.C.

Dr. Isaac Cristoveanu

Dr. Cristoveanu graduated from Queen's University with a B.Sc in Life Science in 2005.  He then chose to study chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in central New York graduating Summa Cum Laude.  Dr. Cristoveanu is board certified as a chiropractor in both Canada and the United States.  During his studies, Dr. Cristoveanu had the opportunity to work at several Veterans Health Administration (VHA) health care centers in New York which gave him an excellent background practicing within a multi-disciplinary environment. Dr. Cristoveanu's interest in soft tissue management lead him to become certified in both Active Release® Technique (ART) and Graston Technique.  Furthermore, his interest in athletic performance resulted in his gaining certification as a Certified Kinesio Taping® Practitioner.  (For more info on Kinesio Taping® and its physiological effects click here). Dr. Troy Sturtevant B.Sc., D.C. CSCS
Chiropractor/ART® Provider/Acupuncture/Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Dr. Troy SturtevantDr. Troy Sturtevant graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds a degree in biology from Bishop's University. His professional certifications include Active Release Technique, medical acupuncture, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Dr. Sturtevant has worked with many athletes of various skill levels including varsity, Olympic, and professional athletes and is a devoted attendee of seminars provided by the Canadian Academy of Sports Medicine. Dr. Sturtevant's professional experience involves working as a member of the core medical team for the 2008 Canadian Olympic Wrestling Qualifications, the 2009 Canadian Grappling team and the strength and conditioning coach for the Canadian Ultimate Frisbee Team. In 2009, Dr. Sturtevant was published in the fitness section of Elle Magazine. He is also a former hockey and baseball player.

Dr. Joanna Langley B.Sc. (Hkin), D.C.
Chiropractor/ART® Provider

Dr. Langley received a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. After working as a Kinesiologist in a rehabilitation center, she attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College from 2001 to 2005. During her chiropractic degree she worked as a personal trainer/lifestyle coach. With her clients she emphasized a combination of injury prevention with individualized exercise programs and nutritional advice to help them achieve optimal health and fitness. Dr. Langley's avid enjoyment of activities of all types has led her to take a particular interest in injury prevention. She combines chiropractic treatment with soft tissue management using Active Release Technique®, and therapeutic exercise, along with lifestyle and nutritional recommendations in order to help her clients achieve their optimal health and performance levels.

Dr. Dileep Korah B.Sc., B.Ed., ND
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Dr. Korah, ND graduated from Queen's University with a BSc in Life Science and then completed his BEd from the University of Ottawa. His subsequent career as a high school math, science and physical education teacher took him to South America and the Caribbean. These years abroad furthered his interest in natural medicine, so he returned to complete his doctorate in naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Subsequently he finished post-graduate training in intravenous vitamin therapy making him one of the only licensed practitioners in Eastern Ontario. Dr. Korah's goal is to help people obtain optimum health. This is achieved by identifying the underlying cause of illness or lack of optimal well-being, formulating an individualized treatment plan, and working with his patients to maximize their health, vitality, and quality of life.

Sophie DeschampsSophie is a certified yoga instructor and a member of both the Ontario Massage Therapist Association & the College of Massage Therapists. Sophie est aussi membre de la Corporation du Québec en tant que massothérapeute, kinesithérapeute et orthothérapeute. Her appreciation of nature encouraged her to become a certified wilderness guide, facilitating dog sledding, canoeing, hiking and sea kayaking adventures since 1997. Through the practice and teaching of massage therapy and Yoga, Sophie has deepened her understanding of human motion and it’s dysfunction and developed an awareness of the interactions of mind and body. In her quest to inspire balance and a positive perspective that can benefit health and well being, Sophie harmonizes her diverse experiences and training into her massage therapy treatments, effectively addressing athletic, therapeutic, and/or relaxation goals.

Arlene Tait

Arlene shows her dedication to the field of Massage Therapy, through her ongoing years of teaching at Massage schools in Canada, along with professional experience in a variety of clinical environments. Her experience is coupled with her extensive post-grad training including more gentle integrative therapies such as Cranial Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Techniques, Visceral Manipulation, Trager work, and Swedish Massage, as well as rehabilitative techniques including structural integration work with Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy. Arlene's energetic approach to her own personal growth and fitness, along with her passion for the benefits of massage therapy is incorporated into every treatment. Her clients feel empowered with knowledge of their conditions and choices available to them to facilitate the important mind-body connection that facilitates positive change.

Jon Keyes

Through massage, Jon uses his knowledge gained from his Kinesiology background to help analyse faulty movement patterns, which can lead to pain. He encourages results by being proactive with his clients, as well as engaging them in the clinic's full body stretch program.
